I am new to the Tablo TV community. I just recently canceled my service with dish network. I currently have three Samsung TVs and have been able to connect all to the Tablo TV except for the one in the bedroom. It downloads the app but is unable to connect to the tablet . At first I set the TV to connect to the network wirelessly and thought that might be the problem but was unable to connect to the Tablo TV app. So I switched to a wired network connection but still cannot connect to the Tablo TV. I hope someone has a fix. Thanks
If your bedroom TV was manufactured before 2019, your 4th Gen Tablo will not work using the Tablo Samsung app.
So how do you find out what year it was made
You can go to Samsung’s website to determine the date of manufacture.
3rdRockOKC is correct. If that is the problem, you can always add an external streaming device. I believe that the ONN device is most like the app on Samsung TVs.
