Samsung remote functiomality

Trying to get a samsung remote to work with tablo. It’s a Samsung smart tv. Need some assistance please

You have the little bean remote? What exactly are you trying to control on the Tablo with a remote? Or did you mean you’re trying to use the Tablo app on the TV using the Samsung remote?

I have downloaded the tablo app but the Samsung remote is confusing to use unlike the roku’s remote

Which version of remote do you have?

If you have the first type of remote, the only buttons you’ll really be able to use are the directional buttons and perhaps the play/pause.
