Anyone else having an issue watching live TV on tablets? I’m only getting audio and no video on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2019. I’ve rebooted, uninstalled, cleared cache, rescanned channels, checked the network. Any ideas?
does it work on other devices? like your phone?

Yep. Works on my phone and TV just fine.
Maybe a model that old doesn’t support mpeg2. My 2022 s6 lite works but it has android 14.

I’m thinking at this point it’s a device issue. It is 6 years old. I thought at one point it did work though.
MPEG2 is h.262. Typically for tablets samsung only claims to support h.264, h.265, av1, etc. All newer codecs usually supported by hardware.. Samsung never tells users everything it supports. Since this is a stream only tablo can tell you unless you can get the stream into VLC. VLC info will tell you what it is.

I have two of the tab A s, both of them stopped “showing video” but you can hear audio the happen at the same time about this time last year.
