I just got my TabloTV device and am trying to set it up. I’ve got the Wifi connected but it can’t locate my device. I just bought a new Samsung smart TV. Can someone tell me if this model is compatible? UN55DU8000BXZA
Did you go through the setup process on your smart phone? And, did you download the Tablo app (the correct one with the dark blue icon? Also, are you sure that both your Tablo and your streaming device are connected to the same network?
Sorry if these questions seem obvious, but I like to start with the basics.

According to this page, you have Tizen 8.0 OS on this TV. I’m not sure this version has a compatible TabloTV app. You may need to check with Samsung or @TabloTV Support.
Make sure you’re installing the proper app - the TabloTV 4th Gen app is the one you’ll want. The other one with the orange is the older version and won’t work.
If you don’t see the dark blue TabloTV app in the Samsung app store, then you will probably have to have a streaming device like Roku or FireTV or other similar device.
