Samsung App 1.8.3 not seeing the Tablo 4th Gen

Using a Samsung Model UN50NU710D with the Tablo app from the Samsung store.
Starting the Tablo app doesn’t find my new 4th Gen Tablo.

It connected fine to the Apple TV app, and iPad’s are ok.

Both the Tablo and the TV are wired to the network. I also tried wireless.

Any ideas?

Your television was originally manufactured in 2018. The Samsung app for the 4th gen Tablo is only supported on Samsung televisions manufactured from 2019 to 2024. The app you see on your television is for the Legacy Tablo and not the 4th gen Tablo.
