Running new Tablo off D/C not A/C?

Here’s an off the wall question. I’m testing running a new Tablo 4 tuner off of a Ecoflow battery. I can simply plug it into AC and it works just fine. But when you do that the AC inverter runs 24/7 and has quite a overhead electrical drain. (as I understand it)

But things you run off DC do not. Is there a way to run this off 12v (cigarette type) port or off USB C or USB A? .

My Tablo 4 comes with a 110v AC to 12v-1.5amp power adapter…
So basically, find a plug that’ll fit the Tablo unit, and you can wire it directly from your battery or 12v bus bar, in your 12v DC system… Nothing else required, really, as any of your 12v items only draw the current they need to operate… I believe the Tablo actually draws less than 1 amp, although you should probably add a 2 or 3 amp in-line fuse to be safe…
Should work great, and doesn’t need to involve your inverter at all…
Good luck…

as the other response, you just need the correct plug. I also have an Ecoflow (great) but the pass-through pseudo USB thing is 1. inefficient, as all inverters are 2. runs the stupid fan every 10 seconds or so for no apparent reason.
