The app starts and then just goes away. Anyone report this @TabloSupport @TabloTV??
I have 3 other ROku’s Non Ultra and they work fine. I rebooted the Ultra and removed and re-added same issue.
Please help!
Very weird. Haven’t heard of that happening to anyone else.
Do you have any other Tablo apps (beta?) loaded on your Ultra? Try removing those as well, reboot, then re-add.
Yes, I had the Beta, just remove that and the standard app and restarted. Reinstalled standard Tablo and now it is working.
Doesn’t make any sense to me that a diffrent app (even if it is yours) would cause this?
There is a teeeeensy amount of data cached on the Roku for each app developer so if you have more than 1 app from a particular company and that cached data is bad, it could cause this to happen.
Glad that extra step got things patched up for you though.
