Roku Preview limited to 2 channels?

I have a 4 tuner Tablo and I am using the Roku Preview channel. I have 5 Roku boxes in my house, all hard wired. The Tablo is also hard wired. The Roku Boxes are all Roku 2 XS Models. If I am watching 2 channels across the rokus, everything works fine:

Roku 1: Channel 7.1
Roku 2: Channel 9.1
Roku 3: Channel 7.1
Roku 4: Channel 9.1
Roku 5: Off

If I try to change one of them to a third channel, the Roku gets stuck at the ‘retreiving’ screen:

Roku 1: Channel 26.1
Roku 2: Channel 9.1
Roku 3: Channel 7.1
Roku 4: Channel 9.1
Roku 5: Off

Is this normal behavior? Is the Roku API limited to 2 channels simultaneously? I am able to tune to a third channel using the web interface on a PC, so I believe that the tuners are functioning.

@mr_penguin - We tried to reproduce your issue here and haven’t been able to.

Try rebooting everything. Start with the router > Tablo > Roku and see if it keeps happening.

If it does, send a note to support and we’ll get this sorted out for you.

I am unable to reproduce the issue today. Maybe it had to do with the initial setup? (I configured everything yesterday).
