Noticed in the last week or so that the loading time on my Roku 2 when selected a live channel seems to have increased, at least double the amount of time, any particular reason or something I can do?

How many seconds?
My Tablo and Roku 4 are hardwired to the same network switch.
Mine takes between 15 - 24 seconds to load an untuned Live TV channel.
24 seconds when the Tablo has been idle for over an hour, and nothing is recording, so the hard disk is asleep.
15 - 18 seconds average when the hard disk is awake.
Add an extra 2 - 3 seconds for my Roku 2 (2015), which is using wireless g, 70 feet from wireless router, thru 3 inner walls.
