I just grabbed a Roku LE since the Apple TV app isn’t yet available. I am getting horrible breakup and blocking on my local broadcast channels while the FAST channels are fine. While I am in a fringe reception area, I don’t have the same breakups when watching on my iPad app.
Do you have bandwidth saver disabled?
FAST channels are probably h.264 while OTA is mpeg2 which requires twice the WiFi bandwidth. And since it plays on an IPAD it’s not the tablo unit.
Take the LE back to Walmart and exchange it for the $20 Onn Google TV box.

Tablo’s Roku app is a resource hog that needs a powerful Roku. Posters here have reported good results with the Onn box and Tablo’s Google TV app.

Makes sense since the Ultra LE(4801) is the second must powerful model in the current roku lineup behind the 4802…
