Roku app manual recording setup

I plan to purchase a Dual Lite recorder with wifi and use the Roku app to access it. I will not have a subscription. I read that the Roku app will not allow me to set up a manual recoding. Is this true?

I understand why someone might think that but I just double checked. The feature is there. It’s a bit hard to find. For reference go to the Scheduled menu and there is a + Add New(Just a + in the mobile app) in the top right corner. That will open the option for manual recording.
