We have had a Roku 3 for awhile. We actually stopped using it for a few months as my husband was using his Xbox One to stream. He hooked the Roku up this morning and it keeps resetting itself. Does anyone know what the problem is or what we need to do about this?
I would make sure that the Roku is on the latest update. Some the older Roku firmware versions had this issue with multiple apps.
