Use the ‘check for updates’ prompt from the Roku, a fix has been pushed.

When this first happened I did check for updates no updates planned.   But last night it was working again  The roku3 is still V1.12 build 12.  So thanks for fixing it.

I also noticed some improvement with the update, but some recordings still do not show the resume option - oddly the progress bar indicator works ok.
