RESOLVED - Connectivity Issues With 4th Gen Apps for Samsung & LG

Hi folks -

We are currently investigating connectivity issues with Tablo apps for Samsung TIZEN and LG webOS smart TVs.

Other Tablo apps and platforms are not affected.

UPDATE - April 9th, 1:30 p.m. ET

We’ve tracked down the source of the problem and corrected it. If you’re still unable to connect to your DVR, reboot your Tablo and try again.

I power cycled my Tablo Gen4 prior to being aware of this outage. The device has not ‘checked in’ for 5 hours.

LGTV doesn’t connect as reported.

The device is blinking blue/white.

Android mobile app is functional.

Update: Tablo checked in at 10:15am CDT. No more flashing light.

I don’t think it is an app issue.
There is something down at Tablo.
