Reset Password is not sending a verification email

I have a 4th gen Tablo and forgot my password. I have used the forgot password key and am not getting a verification code to reset. I have looked in all the folders in the email. I know the server was down. Is this still being worked on?

If you can DM us and let us know the email address connected to your Tablo account? We can verify that it’s been sent on our end.

Hi, I am also having this problem. I just purchased a Tablo, but cannot set it up, because I can’t create an account without the code. I even tried to set up an account with a second email address, and it didn’t sent a code to that address either.

@TabloTV mine is doing the same. Suddenly couldn’t verify my Tablo on Roku, tried all the reset options. Went to the app, tried to log on and suddenly my password was no longer valid. Attempted to reset, tried multiple times, but the reset email has never been sent. I have tried 4x now. Is there something going on with the Tablo servers that is can’t find my account?

One of the easiest ways is to click on a user’s name and then “Message.”

Try clicking on their name/icon again. You should get their “page” and a button should be a the top right.

Conferring with @KimchiGUN , I’m kinda wondering if the site places a restriction on new users creating DMs. I’m not sure if following the bot’s walk-through tutorial would change that.
