I’m having issues with upper channel recordings (7 and above), they look like a color gun failing.

I ordered new quad replcement.

Can I plug and play the old hard drive?

Will my current recording schedule survive?

Is there an update guide?

That’s assuming the root problem is indeed an actual problem with your current Tablo unit and you really do need a replacement.


The instructions linked above will get your database moved to your new unit.
That said, it’s definitely worth chatting with our support team to make sure that your existing unit has indeed failed somehow.
