46060 Area. 14 Hours. Since 5 P.M. May 11 2026. Now 7 A.M. May 12. I have gotten a msg. “Can Not Connect to Servers”. Why can’t something be done to solve this reoccurring problem?
We’re not aware of a recent server outage.
Can other devices on your network connect to the internet? If so, how is your Tablo connected? If it’s via ethernet it may be good idea to check the connections.
Same here. Both TV and iPad apps. Can’t access any live content. All my other apps work fine so it’s not a basic internet connectivity issue.
Tablo connected via wireless internet. Laptop, Tubi, You Tube and Prime Video all worked. I found Tablo back on line at 11:00 A.M. today. I loose Tablo 2-3 times a day due to server connection lost. Usually at the top of the hour. 12 noon, 3 P.M., 7 P.M. etc. Most are between 5 to 15 min. indurations. Other than
this problem the unit has worked reliably since last July.
Have you checked the server status on Tablo’s “Status” web page?
Were you using a Samsung or LG?
There was a backend issue that we resolved yesterday. That could be what you were seeing.
