When remote streaming, to iOS app (iPhone or iPad), the video shows as Live so scrubbing (moving current play point), fast forward, etc does not work.
To recreate, use latest iOS app and latest Apple software release. Setup remote streaming (I’m in a different home) and watch recorded TV show. I have the auto commercial skipping and guide service. Stream video and see how video shows in timeline.
The video of the completed recording is being transcoded cause the Remote Streaming Quality is not set to “Full Quality”. Go into the Settings on the remote device and set the RSQ to FQ (please note this is a device specific setting and must be individually configured on every single device).
