Remote Access from iPad not working

Remote access worked when I first got the Tablo when it was on the free trial, but it’s been spotty ever since. In settings, it says it’s ready for remote access, and defaults to 1 MBPS.

But when I go remote I get the unable to connect to Tablo, check internet connection.

If you’re now off the trial subscription, did you buy a subscription?

You need a paid Tablo subscription for Tablo Connect to work.
