Recordings before the firmware 2.2.28 update do not play

I have over 150 recordings that will no longer play after the firmware update. The screen goes black and spins forever. Any ideas on how to correct?

Which player app are you using (Roku, Android, iOS, …)?

Also, try http://my.tablotv.com.
Will the recordins play from there?

Web app on MacBook through safari, iPhone, iPad Apple TV 4K, and Roku.
