For some reason, the recording options menu below each program is grayed out for whatever reason, which I assume means it’s unavailable. I have tried to fix this issue, getting the same error every time: “Failed to load. Item not found. The requested item was not found.” WHAT?!?!?!?!?! What does that even mean?! I’m at my wit’s end trying to fix this issue. Any help or tips would be most appreciated.
Looks like the problem I had. Could not sched series recordings for some shows. I described it in a post here, tablo told me to open a ticket and dm them the ticket #.
Support then told me to put my tablos (I have 2) in diagnostic mode and they fixed the problem.
It started for me after the big outage last July and others have reported the same problem.

Okay, this is weird.
I checked the Tablo app on my Android phone and didn’t see Recording Options at all - no entry for it, missing altogether. I tried to Record New and All, but it still didn’t show up.
So I went to my FireTV Stick 4k Max and checked - it initially didn’t show up, but appeared after I selected Record New.
Okay, so I go back to my Android phone and now it’s there and like the battle star, it’s fully operational.
I think we don’t have many issues with our Tablo, but I guess we just don’t notice such feature inconsistencies.
