I have a Tablo 4th Gen. Several times now I have gone to the library and a currently recording program will say Failed. Failures still show zero. I can’t playback from the Library, but I can play it from live TV. After the show airs, it will show as successful. Obviously there is a bit of panic, not trusting Tablo to successfully record the program and not wanting to “experiment” by waiting until the end to see if the status changes.

That does sound strange.
What kind of device are you using with the Tablo? If you use multiple types of devices, does this happen on all of them or just this one?
Chromecast 4K, but a few years old.
This has been happening for months with Roku with FAST channels. The movie is partial (often segmented) and automatically gets rescheduled to record at the next playing but the failures say zero
