If I record a hour long show and I want to start watching that show 15 minutes into the recording, can I watch the recording of that show from the beginning even though it is still recording or do I have to wait until it finishes recording?. If I can watch it while it is still recording, what happens when I catch up with the show where watching equals recording?
Yes, you can watch from the beginning of the recording while it’s being recorded.
When you catch up to the end of the recording, you’ll continue to watch the equivalent of Live TV.
On caveat - when you try to skip forward in a program still recording, you will not get any thumbnail images. Those don’t get created until after recording is complete.
