Reconnected Tablo but not able to connect

My Tablo worked great. Then I unplugged the unit then plugged it back in. Connected it to centurylink router and tried to connect with it. Both it and Roku tv are plugged into router ethernet. No connection via roku app or phone app.

Bad cable or ethernet port.

Tried that with no good results.
