My HD is a terrabyte HD. It has 700 G of space, yet I cannot record programs, schedule recording failed (HD full). I did a reset on the Tablo (button on it) and powered off/on. Deleted most of my saved programs… nothing works.
Sorry, you’re running into this issue,
An external hard drive connected to a Tablo should only hold recordings. It shouldn’t have extraneous programs.
Are there any recordings you no longer need on the drive? If so, does removing them free up space?
If you’re hesitant to remove such, please consider reaching out to our support team: https://tablotv.com/support/#contact
Its an internal 1T HD (i bought the quad ethernet/wifi version with no HD, and added one internally to the Tablo), I used one of the approved models (think seagate). I used to be able to record. Now for whatever reason it says the HD is full even though i have ~700 G of free space… I tried to delete programs, restart with button, power down etc. nothing works.
In addtion all my previous recordins show “Recording File not found on disk” even though i used to watch them/
