Purchased lifetime subscription, but Guide still says "This feature requires a subscription"

I purchased the subscription tonight. I also associated the unit with my account, and the account page shows lifetime subscription, and shows this unit association.

I have removed power from the unit, and reapplied power, but still the message appears.

Any help for this?

@delovelady @Nolan It can take a few hours to show up in the Tablo app - were you both able to get this up and running?

I am having the same issue with a yearly subscription. Purchased about 10 hours ago.

Go to the following web address, and log in:

It will display your subscriptions, along with associated Tablos for each subscription type.
What does yours show?
