Port forwarding worked with spectrum modem but stopped working when i went to a fiber optic network {greenlight network}, no modem. I have a asus ac1900 router that i was always able to setup port forwarding when on spectrum cable with a Motorola modem. I’ve tried a hard reset of my router, different ports, resetting tablo, turning just about everything in the router off or on, etc. Any body with this issue?
Looks like this is the issue, your router no longer has an external IP address.
