Port forwarding settings for Actiontec C3000A

Hello, I cannot find the setting to create a remote connection by port forwarding my Tablo. I found a guide for a 2000 modem but the menus are different.

Go to Advanced Setup and then scroll down to Security .

You’ll need 2 separate entries.

Select the Tablo listed in the drop down menu for “Select Device”.

LAN Starting Port is the Internal Port number.

WAN Starting Port is the External Port number.

Looks like the Tablo will auto-configure the connection by going to my.tablotv.com, selecting settings in the top left, and unchecking Remote Access, and then checking Remote Access.
