I am having troubles trying to do the port forward on my actiontec MI424WR modem/wirless router. I’ve follow all the instructions and when i click on retest port mapping button but i don’t think it is working.
Below is how i have it setup. i am able to connect when i am connected to the lan or wifi but if i try to connect remotely on my phone or something it just keeps saying cannot connect. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you
That portion of your setup seems proper…I assume you’ve defined 21131 and 21130 respectively on your Tablo config screen as well. But the real question is if you have any other networking equipment between this router and your internet connection or not.
