Only access Tablo 4-tuner remotely. Regardless of recording resolution settings and viewing hardware (Firestick 4K or Mac latptop) image resolution is extremely low and not acceptable.
What do you have remote streaming quality set to?
Change the Remote Streaming Quality to “Full Quality” on both devices. It is under Settings, and must be set per device.
