Player Error / Weak Signal

After a remote session and a tech intervention for another entirely different issue we can no longer record or watch live TV now. We know we do NOT have a weak signal as we can view tv on two devices in our home. We have pushed the blue reset button, unplugged the Tablo and plugged it back in Still nothing! :rage::rage:

The customer service Support times available are ridiculous!!!

I believe you, you don’t have a weak signal. Sorry, but have to check (learned the hard way myself too many times).

Gone through the basics and made sure the antenna connection is still secure at each point on it’s way to the tablo? There have been a couple reports where the jack has come loose for the tablo’s inside - this is rare, but happened.
Of course, if the antenna is secured, and works on other devices…
