This is reliable to recreate.
When away from home, I will sometimes play back a recording in process. Example, record nighttime comedy show 10:30 to 11:30. At 11:00 start playback of recording. While watching video, the playback will stop at 11:30. (The scheduled end time). It is not possible to restart video (due to post processing?).
