Playback randomly skips to end of show

I have a random problem with a 4 tuner Gen 4 playing through a Roku TV. On most recordings, at some point during playback, the video will freeze, audio will continue and the progress bar moves all the way to the end of the show. I have to get out of the show and start it over. It doesn’t remember where it was. I have exchanged 12 notes with customer service and they have had me try various things. Now they are asking for things I’ve already done once. I’ts been a week since my last response and no word from them about the last activity I performed for them. A phone call was not helpful and the wait time was long.

Anyone had similar issue? I am seeking warranty return but they are just giving me the run around. I’ve been a faithful customer since the original Table but an very disillusioned with them.

Check Tablo>Settings>Troubleshooting>Audio Compatibility On? This is a known issue for Roku regarding playback. Try turning ON and see if that works.
