Playback Error/Weak Signal

@TabloTV - checking to see if you can offer any troubleshooting ideas for this issue when viewing the Internet Streaming TV Channels. See the attached images received when trying to view these channels. All the suggested topics in my search results are for a previous version of Tablo.

Using Android phone with Gen4 app.
Same happens on my Samsung TV with (2024) Roku Ultra 4850X.
Local OTA channels working.

Am I correct that you are getting this with the FAST channels, not the OTA channels? That is very strange. I would first check your internet connection and run a speed test. I would next reboot both the Tablo and your internet equipment (router, modem, etc.). After that, report back to us.

Thank you. At the time, I didn’t know if this was a network or OTA signal issue until I realized that they were the Internet Streaming TV Channels. I’ll check out the article and report back with my results after the holiday. So maybe it shouldn’t say “Weak Signal”. Maybe it should say something about the network instead.

BTW, I recently upgraded a month or two ago from cable 300/10 to fiber 300/300 and still experience this issue. Today, I upgraded to the 1000/1000 fiber to see if this resolves the issues we’ve been experiencing. I also forgot to mention that both my Roku and Tablo Gen4 are hardwired via Ethernet.

With the new gigabit service did you get new equipment (router, etc.)? Just doing that gives you a whole new network, so if it was a network problem it may solve everything. Your problems are even more surprising knowing you have all the key components hard-wired. Good luck with it.
