Whenever I pause and resume a recording on my SSD drive, the audio goes out of sync. The only workaround is to exit and restart the playback from the same position.

I am experiencing this issue on two separate setups, both using a Formuler Z10 Pro Max with a Samsung SSD at different locations — and the problem occurs on both. I am using tablo 4th gen with latest software and firmware.

I previously submitted a ticket and was told my signal strength was too low. However, this is unrelated to the signal, as the audio remains perfectly in sync during continuous playback. The desync only occurs when pausing and resuming. Additionally, my signal strength is at 100%.

I just want to add that this occur only if you leave the pause for many minutes

This is really annoying.

What streaming device are you using?

That particular device doesn’t seem to be a “supported” device but since it appears to be running Android you might be able to mess with some of the audio/video settings to see if that helps.
