Hey everyone. I too was having problems getting 62.2 and 62.3. I just got my Tablo today. 171 channels except the two I wanted. Try this. Turn off the antenna booster in the settings. Then rescan your channels. This is want I did and to my surprise the channels show up and work perfectly. I hope you all have the same luck I have. Let’s go Hawks!!
Hello, I have the same problem but it’s only on my Onn 4k pro streaming stick. All other devices can get 62.2. Google TV, Google Chromecast and Roku stick. Also 62.3 comes in fine. All are connected to Tablo app so it’s not the Tablo for me but the Onn stick.
Hey Austin! Thanks for confirming this issue for me. I also did some testing with a second onn 4k Pro streaming box and I was able to reproduce the same behavior. Would you kindly go to the system info of the streaming stick and let me know what version of Android TV it is running? Mine is Android TV 12 with security patch from March 2024. I am almost certain that there is a bug in this version that is causing channel 62.2 to not load properly.
Yes, mine is Android TV 12 with security patch from March 2024. I also have the older version of the Onn 4k (the $20 version, not sure what it’s called) and it has Android TV 12 with May 2024 security patch and it works on that one.
Austin - looks like onn released an OS update for the 4k Pro that resolves this issue; the new security patch level is September 1 2024 on Android TV 12. I updated my device this morning and it immediately resolved this issue. I am going to mark this as solved now that I know this is the solution.
I was having problems with 62.2 and 62.3 in Chicago, with Tablo Gen4 quad and both Roku Ultra and Roku Streambar.
I turned the antenna amplification setting in Tablo to ‘on’ and the video reception is much better, but not perfect.
I am about 10 miles west of O’Hare.
I hope this helps others.
