On Samsung neither App nor the Unit work/talk

I have connected my new Tablo to my Samsung smart TV and scanned the channels picked up by my new MOHU antenna, and I can see them on the opening “source” screen of my TV; however selecting any of them produces a “No signal” message.

I have loaded the Tablo App. On the Samsung, but when I select it, the opening screen appears with a “Here’s how it works” video screen with a play arrow and a “Search Again” button, which is already selected. If I “search again,” the screen flashes to a blank “Retrieving Tablos…” for a half second and then returns. If I use an “up” arrow to highlight the video and select it, the screen changes to a video type screen with “How To” and the top and a ”play” bar across the bottom – but nothing will cause it to play.

Thus, the App and the antenna (with scanned stations) are on the TV, but neither works and they don’t apparently talk to each other.
