I just purchased an old 2nd gen Tablo and it is not recording properly. When I go to look at my recordings it says Recordings/Sports. I have no subscription for this device. I have tried Factory Reset but it won’t reset, It just comes up with the old name and settings. Any ideas or recommendations?
