Not buying another one

So this is where iI’m suppose to post something about my tablo experience, so here goes:

I bought my Tablo directly from tablo.com sometime in April 2024. And here I am a year later, and my Tablo has died. After hours of jumping through numerous aggravating and irritating hoops repeatedly with Tablo’s Tech Support and getting no help whatsoever, I’ve been trying to get a copy of my purchase document from Tablo so I can verify that it is still under warranty. I have sent three requests for a copy of my purchase receipt. I finally received an email telling me to email the Tablo store. I have not yet heard back from the Tablo store, and I’m not holding my breath. I doubt that they want to replace my unit under warranty, so that’s why they are dragging their feet. I’m not about to spend another $140+ for another 4-tuner Tablo that will most likely crap out after another year. I am thoroughly disgusted with my experience with Tablo, just in case there was any question.

I hope that you got a replacement NC, you should be able to find your email confirmation of your purchase. That is what I had to do . Then they replaced it no issues, except that I was without TV for over 2 weeks!

No happy with my failed unit either but even at $140 it is much cheaper than my cable bill was! I bought a spare! silly me!
