I set up a Tablo 4th gen in one region, added some favorites, and now I’ve relocated the Tablo to a different location. I scanned for channels again to create the new channel lineup and added some more favorites. The old favorites are still there, but of course the stations are located thousands of miles away and can no longer be received. There appears to be no way to remove the favorites since choosing one (on the Roku app) tries to tune it in whereby all I get is, “channel_not_found” with “Retry?” or “Cancel”. Is this an oversight or am I missing something?
Hi @renojim - Sorry you ran into this bug.
We were able to remove the old ‘favorites’ from your list for you manually. If you restart the app you should be good to go now.
And we’ll be implementing a fix for this for others moving forward.
