No video after update

After this new update my Legacy app would stay syncing until it closed out. I could not do anything. I installed the 4gen app and everything appears to work fine except video. I have all my channels and recording but can only hear audio and get a black screen. I changed display settings, rebooted modem and quad, still no video.

Works fine on my Roku TV, trouble on my Android TVs.

I think there are some discussions about Android issues. Try searching? Since I only have Roku is usually skip through other device issues.

I have a problem with the gen4 Android app doing this on my Android 12 tablet but it works on my Android 16 phone.

Strangely,I can watch my recorded shows but only hear live channels on Gen4. On Legacy app I can see my channels in settings but not live. Everything was fine before this update. Beelink GTKing2 Android 11
Now my Phone is Android 9 (Don’t laugh, it serves my needs) and Legacy app is working just fine. Go figure!

Would you clarify what devices your 4th Gen and Legacy apps work on, which devices they don’t work on, and what OSs they’re running?

Sumsung phone Android 9 -working
Roku TV (ONN) - working
Beelink GTKing Android 9 - not working
Beelink GT King Android 9 - not working

Unfortuneately, we don’t test the Beelink boxes for Tablo compatibility. It may be a good idea to switch to something on our list: Tablo-Compatible Apps and Devices

They worked fine before this latest update. I did a factory reset and they still will not function properly.
This update has made two of my TVs useless for Tablo.
Who do I speak with for a return and refund of this WiFi Tablo your update has broken?

I hear the audio but get no video when playing back either recorded or live on the gen4 app when using my Lenovo tablet with Android 12. No problems playing back with my Android phone or the Roku or Fire TV apps.

According to the link you supplied my tablet should be supported. Anything I can do to get it to work?
