What playback device is connected to your TV? Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV device?

Is your iPad running iOS 10+ ?

If you’re using an Amazon FireTV, make sure you’re using the Tablo app - you can use the ‘Search’ button at the top of the main menu in the Fire TV to search ‘Tablo’ and download the app.

There are 2 Amazon apps, either Tablo or Tablo Preview - try both.
