The Amazon Fire Tablet app and web site do not work properly on the newest generation of devices with FireOS 5. The channel guide loads, but no video plays, either natively or in the device web browser.
@TabloTV I installed the latest Android app onto my $50 fire Tablet and it works. When it starts playing it says get Google video services. I click on it, then Tablo continues to work. I used ES File Explorer to make a backup to copy the apk via dropbox. The Google video services never install. Best Buy will have it $15 off for Black Friday starting Thanksgiving Day onl ih NE and in store later.
