Is there some reason why my recordings are only remaining available for two weeks? I’ve just discovered that something I recorded about three weeks ago is gone, and now my list of recordings will only go back to exactly two weeks from today’s date. Is this normal? And why? It seems like programs recorded on my hard drive should stay as long as I want.
Are you sure that you are not looking at the Recordings Menu using the Recent filter instead of the All filter.
The Recent filter only goes back two weeks.
Yep, I guess that was it. Found it under All. Sheesh.
I understand how the Program Guide only shows info for two week’s worth, but I sure don’t get why that would be the case for listed recordings.
