Last night I was watching TV and everything was fine. This morning only streaming channels show in my guide. I had to rescan all the channels - it had forgotten everything. Now I have to go through and reset which channels appear in the guide and which don’t. Very annoying.

I’m having the same issue with my 4th gen. It started about two or so weeks ago. I started the app and the screen read ‘no channels found’. I checked the network and everything appeared fine. I checked the settings and noticed there were zero channels saved.
I rescanned the channels, clicked save and watched TV. However when I turned it on the following day all of the channels were gone. It happened again last night so I rescanned and saved my channels. Opened the app this morning and all channels are gone.
So far, mine has only done it one time, and it didn’t give me any network errors. My channels were just gone.
