No Guide data for CICA TVO in Toronto

I am able to receive Ch 19.1 TVO in Toronto and watch live TV but there is no guide data available, just a blank line for that channel in the live TV section. I’ve tried several different postal code locations but none of them have come up with the missing data. It’s worked fine in the past but not now. Not sure exactly when it went MIA. I have a Legacy Tablo and have also tried the 4th Gen app but it is also missing the data for that channel.

Never mind, the guide data is now back!

Now it’s gone again! Nothing but a blank line across the guide for this station.

Hi @AceConrad, we checked the channel on our backend, it seems something may have gotten stuck. Try checking again. You may need to close and reopen the app you’re using to see any updates.
