The guide is not correct. NFL game is not populating correctly. Went to zap2it and it’s correct there and they use the same Gracenotes as Tablo. I tried rescanning channels and updating the guide but doesn’t fix the problem. I reset cache/data and rebooted the app and the Tablo didn’t fix it.
Did you do any rebooting or channel refreshing? Both mine still shows up for this afternoon… so maybe it’ll take a little bit longer.
One of them won’t let me go to Monday by using the Channels/Date option! I get today or Tuesday. Must be updating something… smh. Such random behavior on these things.
Yup, my guide shows the game on Monday. I guess I got a little confused because I just looked for the packers game that was mentioned was moved but it was the Steelers-Bills game that was moved due to weather and the Steelers-bills game does show as Monday. That’s great! Will wait and see, a lot can happen between now and then.
The Roku is inconsistent. Live TV guide has the correct two games for today. If I go to Sports->Football->NFL, the games today and tomorrow are correct as well.
But if I search for “NFL”, it shows one game today, two games tomorrow, and the Eagles-Bucs game on Tuesday. I can search by that term on my phone and iPad with no issues. Only on my Roku is it weird.
There is a replay of the 2022 AFC Championship game at that time.
On my Android phone, it shows up correctly in the live guide and via search.
On my iPad, I get an error when clicking on that timeslot in the live guide.
On my Roku, it still shows the Steelers-Bills game in the live guide, but it’s proper location tomorrow night is also listed.
Well, I made the mistake of pressing the reboot button on both Tablos. Now, I’m stuck on the setup guide for both of them. One’s blinking rapidly, the other is pulsating. Oops? (sigh)
That’s why I hesitate to reboot the device. If you get them connected properly, let me know because one time when I seemed to get to that setup it took forever to get it connected again and I don’t even know how it finally resolved itself after many reboots.
Oh yeah, but I figured it was a shorter step than a rescan! Guess I was wrong.
One popped up, but even the mobile app doesn’t see it on the setup screen.
I really can’t wait to get rid of one of these! LOL. I really can’t wait until BB decides to deliver last week’s package of a 4-tuner.
BTW, didn’t realize I was watching a recording on one and it kept going for over 30 secs after hitting reboot. Even though the Tablo couldn’t be found, it resumed play shortly after the button press and has kept going. Super weird behavior!
But it was just within the past 4 minutes, I can tell ya that!
I went to my antenna and it still showed the game, but then when 11 central hit, the noon game was now last year’s replay. So, I can blame this on my local station and not Tablo (which is good). Both today’s change and tomorrow’s game are good to go.
Still working on getting the second one up and running. LED was still pulsating, and the setup app can’t find either. (It’s way too cold to play ice hockey, and I bet taking off the rubber “foot” would void my warranty… BUT…)
@Barrabing – IDK if it was that the “third time’s the charm” or because my dishwasher took a ten second break between modes, but the mobile app decided to skip that step and to say “multiple tablos found” and other devices are connecting as well.
Glad you didn’t have the hockey stick nearby or frisbee football in my neck of the woods.
Glad you didn’t have to disconnect the external drive and lose everything to get things working again. Do you have an external or are they both vanilla Tablo?
