New to-me Tablo, stuck on 2.1.10 firmware

How do I get it to update? I can connect to it with the app, I’ve tried the reset button, it’s been plugged in and connected to the internet for over 24 hours but it won’t update.

What are my options?

I don’t yet have a hard drive (it’s on the way) so if that’s a requirement then I guess i’ll have to wait. I just wanted to get it as setup as possible to prove it works.

Sounds like you should ring up support, mate.

@Methos000 2.1.10 is pretty dated - give us a shout if you’re still having issues upgrading, we should be able to fix that.

I got it working. I just did a hard reset and plugged the hard drive in… It suddenly became happy. :slight_smile:
