After I press the select button on the Samsung remote, I then have to press UP so the focus moves from the Pause button to the slider bar, and then pressing Right goes forward 10 seconds and pressing Left goes back 10 seconds. Holding either Left or Right jumps a few minutes at a time. Then I have to press Back to remove the menu. Once the focus is changed, then pressing Left and Right just works.
