If your playback device is an Apple TV 4K, you’re in good company.
I see this very often, typically when switching from one TV app (i.e. ATTWatchTV), to the Tablo app, which I do by selecting one of the featured recordings on the main Apple TV page when hovering over the Tablo app. Doesn’t happen every time, but almost every time.
